Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Development Specialist to support the development and optimization of baby and toddler toy products from concept to production.

This role will work closely with design, sourcing, quality, and manufacturing teams to transform product ideas into commercially viable products that meet defined specifications and market requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product development projects from initial concept through production.

• Research market trends, customer requirements, and competitive products.

• Coordinate product specifications, materials, components, and functional requirements.

• Work with suppliers and manufacturers on sampling and product refinement.

• Review prototypes and samples and coordinate necessary modifications.

• Maintain accurate product specifications, development records, and technical documentation.

• Support the development of new OEM and ODM product solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Product Development, Industrial Design, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Experience in consumer products, toys, baby products, or related industries is preferred.

• Strong project coordination and communication skills.

• Good understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Good written and spoken English.
